Purchases from Allied Militaria.

We do our best to describe all items as clearly as possible, however I am limited to how many images I can give each item. I will happily send more pictures of an item at your request.  All items sold by Allied Militaria are original unless otherwise stated.  If you believe we are selling a fake or reproduction, please contact us.

Returns

Upon receiving an item that you no longer want the following conditions apply:

We must be informed by telephone or email that you wish to  return the item. This must be within 5 business days of receiving the item.

1. All items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
2. Items must be posted back the same way it was sent. If it is simply that you changed your mind about purchasing the item postage must be covered by you.
3. Prior to postage a photo of the item must be emailed to Allied Militaria and a tracking number supplied once its posted.
4. Once we receive the item, we will forward a full refund. The cost of postage will only be refunded if the item was not correctly described or it was faulty.

Postage

Allied Militaria can take no responsibility for any damage or breakages which occur during transit of goods.  Although every effort is made to pack items safely for posting.

All items posted will be by Registered and a tracking number supplied to you and are usually shipped within 2 business working days.
