SEALED SAMPLE 8455 – 03311

THIS BOX of STANDARD OF GOLD COLOUR FOR INSIGNIA, BUTTONS AND BADGES (ANODISED) ALUMINIUM ALLOY 1150 is comprised of two (2) marginally different colour sets being the darker gold colour on the left hand side and the lighter gold colour on the right hand side. These two colour sets represent the parameters of gold colour that is acceptable.

EACH set is comprised of:

1. A piece of flat sheet stamped “1150”.
2. UNSWR Hat/Cap insignia.
3. Officers Star.
4. Officers Crown.
5. RAR Shoulder Insignia.

CONSEQUENTLY the box comprises ten (10) individual gold colour samples.

Verification, as and when necessary, as to the integrity of the gold colour standards should be directed to ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT, STORES AND CLOTHING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT GROUP, MELBOURNE, who retains a master box of the colour standards
